This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to expeditiously dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.164 of 2019 in M.C.No.84 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petition is pending from the year 2019, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.164 of 2019 in M.C.No.84 of 2014 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
