ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The matter is being posted under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2. It is seen in paragraph No.5 of the order, the period of surrender of the petitioners before the learned Magistrate has not been inadvertently omitted. It is also represented that this Court imposed a condition on the petitioners to stay at Tiruchendur and he requested that since the petitioners are agricultural coolies, the condition may be modified.

3. In view of the above, the paragraph No.5 and (a) of the order dated 30.01.2015 reads as follows:

"Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that, (a) the petitioners 1 to 8, 10 to 17 shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.for a period of two weeks and there after as and when required for interrogation.
