2. The respondent present before this Court and submitted that there is no proper co-ordination on the side of the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the papers that there is no proper summon issued to the petitioner. Let the proper summon be issued to the petitioner and the investigation shall be completed within a period of three months as ordered by this Court earlier in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10415 of 2023.
