ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection and also considering the long delay in filing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 56 days, however, with costs.
