Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 364(A), 384, 392 and 506(i) r/w 120(B) IPC in Cr.No.09 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that on 11.11.2018, the defacto complainant drove his car and parked at opposite to Thanjavur Tamil University. At that time, the accused persons were came to the place of occurrence and illegally abducted the defacto complainant and stolen a sum of Rs.

10,00,000/-, which was kept in the car for the purpose of his daughter marriage and taken away some documents from the defacto complainant. Thereafter, they went to the house of the defacto complainant and taken away the Laptop, Computer and stolen a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency has registered the case.

prosecution and the first accused has been released on bail by order dated 13.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1484 of 2019. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent State would submit that though the petitioner's name is not found in the First Information Report, after investigation, he has been arrayed as fifth accused in this case and the petitioner is having 17 previous cases right from 1996. Therefore, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having 17 previous cases right from 1996, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
