This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.932 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.932 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the concerned Court. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
