PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in the FIR in Crime No.170 of 2021 dated 14.02.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sellur Police Station, Madurai.

Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the procedings in the FIR in Crime No.170 of 2021 dated 14.02.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sellur Police Station, Madurai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report is filed in C.C.No.886 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Madurai. Eventhough, an order of stay was passed on 04.02.2023, thereafter it was not listed before this Court. In the meantime, final report was filed.

3. In view of the developments, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
