The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the first respondent to withdraw the cases in Crime No.290 of 2014 u/ss.294(b), 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C , Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, dated 08.12.2014 and Crime No.96 of 2015, u/ss.147, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C, dated 08.06.2015 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation of the cases by a competent officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard both sides.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in Crime Nos.290 of 2014 and 96 of 2015, investigation was completed and charge sheet were filed in C.C.Nos.355 and 356 of 2015 respectively before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
