ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a practicing advocate and on information, he went to the third respondent police station on 23.02.2018, to see his clients, but the third respondent did not permit him, to see his clients and threatened him with a dire consequences. He further submitted that now, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner herein and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
