Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner has given a complaint alleging commission of atrocities of SC ST Act. The second respondent cannot keep the enquiry pending indefinitely. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and take action as per law on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
