ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused frequently quarrelled with the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.77 of 2016 and another suit in O.S.No.88 of 2016 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, and thereafter, on 23.01.2018, the proposed accused trespassed into the petitioner's shop and criminally intimidated and also assaulted the petitioner and hence, a complaint was lodged on 24.01.2018 , but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 15.03.2018 as the dispute is civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
