ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one N.J.Sunith misappropriated a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- and hence, a complaint was lodged on 22.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that already one case has been registered against the petitioner and as a counter case the petitioner has lodged a complaint and based on that CSR.No.34 of 2018 is given and enquiry is still pending. 4.Considering aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
