ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second Respondent to provide police protection in conducting survey and demarcate his landed property comprised in Survey Nos.1282/1A, 1282/1B, 1282/1C1, 1282/4 an extent of 3 acres 18 cents in R.Pudukottai Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District and Survey Nos.627/1, 627/3, 628 and extent of 2 acres 47 cents in Mallapuram Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent for consideration. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to survey the land. If necessary take the help of the police. However, such survey shall not confer any right on the petitioner or on any rival party, if any. In the event of any dispute, the parties are directed to approach the appropriate civil court regarding the issue.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
