Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL UNDER SEC. 438 CR.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B)of NDPS Act in Crime No.27 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.250 kgs. of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case and the first accused was arrested and released on bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case and the respondent has completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of her arrest or on her appearance before the learned Additional District Judge of Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Court, Madurai and on her execting a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
