ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.02.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running a plastic industry in the name and style of "S.R.Process" at SIDCO Industrial Premises, Mudhukudi. He further submitted that when the petitioner fell ill and he is not doing well, one Vallinayagam obtained signature from the petitioner stating that he would submit GST returns. But subsequently, he came to know that he has fabricated documents and stolen the petitioner's machineries worth about Rs.8,00,000/-and hence the petitioner gave a complaint on 19.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 24.02.2018.
