ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 27.08.2019, made in I.A.No.1 of 2019, in O.S.No.45 of 2016, on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Srivilliputur.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petition for sending the documents for expert opinion is dismissed by the trial Court and the petitioner is aggrieved by that order, this Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. A perusal of the order reveals that the trial Court dismissed the petition on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted any acceptable document to be compared with the disputed documents. The claim of the petitioner is to send the signature in the vakalat and the written statement for comparison and the trial Court rejected the contention that the signature in the vakalat and the written statement are only after the suit. Hence, the petitioner is directed to produce acceptable signature before the trial Court and the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition on the basis of acceptable documents.

4. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
