ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's daughter namely, Priyanka was married to one Prabhakaran on 26.06.2017 and subsequently, on 08.11.2017, the said Priyanka died under suspicious circumstances and hence, the case was registered in Cr.No.687 of 2017 under Section 174 Cr.P.C and subsequently, it was altered into under Section 304 (B) IPC and that being so, the said Prabhakaran and his family members refused to return the jewels and household articles. Hence, a complaint was lodged on 23.12.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 22.02.2018.
