The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent to file a final report in Crime No.53 of 2023 dated 13.05.2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation had been completed in Crime No. 53 of 2023 and final report was also laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupattur. The same had been taken on file as CC.No.117 of 2023.
