ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's relative approached the proposed accused and got a loan of Rs.2,00,000/- and at that time the proposed accused has obtained signatures in blank cheque and also in stamp papers. He further submitted that the petitioner's relative attempted to commit suicide and with regard to that a case was registered in Cr.No.419 of 2017 against the proposed accused and that being so, on 03.01.2018 at about 07.45 am., the proposed accused entered into the petitioner's house and attacked with iron rod by using filthy languange and also criminally intimidated. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 23.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

and subsequently, the petitioner gave another complaint and the same is still pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid submission, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
