ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) 1/3

of IPC in Cr.No.14 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.11940 of 2023 on 30.06.2023. However, the petitioner has not furnished sureties till date. Further, the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.703 of 2023. 3.This Court already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP (MD)No.11940 of 2023 on 30.06.2023. However, the petitioner has not furnished sureties.
