ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 468, 471, 420 r/w 120(B) of IPC in Cr.No.8 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner, who is the Manager of Manapuram Finance (P) Ltd., Sivagangai Branch, along with staff, had misused the jewels pledged by the customers. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in an earlier occasion, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. However, the petitioner was not complied with the conditions. Hence, the second anticipatory bail application was arose for non compliance. He would further submit that this Court may extend the time for complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22105 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of and the time is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for compliance of conditions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
