(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19735 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant and they are nothing to do with the matrimonial dispute between A1 and the defacto complainant.
He would further submit that the first petitioner is the wife of the second petitioner and the second petitioner is working as a Divisional Manager in Canara Bank, Erode and their children are studying at Erode and hence, they are not in a position to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19735 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023. Therefore, he prayed for modification of the said condition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the time for execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
