ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy to dispose of C.C.No.176 of 2015 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the C.C.No.176 of 2015 is posted for trial and that there are 25 witnesses to be examined on the side of the prosecution. He would further contend that all the witnesses would be produced as early as possible before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
