This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.01.2018.
2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already a case has been registered in Cr.No.38 of 2018 under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 427 and 506(i) IPC and hence, the petition has become infructuous.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
