************* [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM.,J.] This Review Application was filed to review the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22504 of 2019, dated 24.10.2019. 2.The Petitioner alleges that the respondents 1 and 2 have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

REV.APPL(MD)No.162 of 2019 produced wrong photographs to show that the Kudimaramuthu Work has been completed, but the fact remains that no work has been completed.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner produced three sets of photographs showing that still the above said Kudimaramathu work has not been completed and trees, shrubs and bushes are still standing inside the tank. One person is shown to have been standing in the middle of the water, speaking in a mobile phone which shows that lot of works are pending.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1,on instructions from the officer in charge of the work allotted specifically for the purpose with regard to the Kudimaramathu work submitted that Kudimaramathu work in the tank in question has been completed and satisfaction has been recorded by the officials. In any event , we are of the view that no ground is made out to review the order passed in the Writ Petition. It is needless to state that officials in-charge of Kudimaramathu work shall ensure that the work entrusted to the society has been done to their fullest satisfaction.

5.With the above observation, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
