ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.180 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed on 26.02.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 24.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vsd 2/4
