O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.11 of 2016, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, the respondent has registered a case on 26.11.2016 in Cr.No.11 of 2006 under Sections 406, 420, 120B IPC and 5 of Tamilnadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, but https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sofar, a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
