This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.295 of 2015 on the file of the fourth respondent herein to CBCID or any other investigation agency. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the similar complaint was taken by the Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission.
