ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent 1 and 2 take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon`ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others reported in (2014)2 SCC 1, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
