O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2015 in accordance with law and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.04.2015, a case in Crime No.542 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.542 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
