ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 18.02.2018 the petitioner herein has driven a Bolero car bearing Registration No.TN-72-BF-8113, along with the Manager of Avin, namely, Mr.K.Thangaraj. When the said car was going towards Sivanthipatti Hills, a Tavera car bearing Registration No.TN-74-J6181 came from the opposite direction in a very high speed and dashed against the petitioner's vehicle and with regard to the said incident, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 22.02.2018, but the second respondent has not registered a case on his complaint. He further submitted that the second respondent has registered a case against the petitioner in Cr.No.59 of 2018 under Section 279, 337 IPC, based on the complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

driver of the Tavera car and therefore, he requests to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that petitioner's complaint is pending for enquiry before the second respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
