This petition is filed by the de-facto complainant in Crime No.135 of 2010 on the file of the 10th respondent police, seeking direction for disposal of C.C.No.26 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, within time frame. 2.Mr.M.M.Manivelpandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the alleged occurrence had taken place in the year 2009, but the case was registered in the year 2010 and after the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5438 of 2011, the case was taken on file as C.C.No.26 of 2015.

3.The learned counsel would further submit that delay in disposal of the case, causes mental agony and hardship to the petitioner and as per Article 21 of the Constitution of India, she is entitled for early disposal of the case.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 10th respondent.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.26 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
