D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner in both cases and the court made the following order:- These petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned as prayed for, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) towards costs to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, these petitions shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
