ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated, 21.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused promised that he will arrange to purchase the land and accordingly, the petitioner gave a sum of Rs.1,25,00,000/- as advance, but subsequently, he has not made any arragement for purchasing the land and when the same was questioned by the petitioner, the proposed accused abused and also criminally intimidated and assaulted the petitioner. complaint was lodged on 21.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the complaint of the petitioner is pending before the third respondent for enquiry.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
