PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in C.C.No.31 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram and to quash the same as illegal. This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.31 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after conducting trial, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
