ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4158 of 2017, dated 11.10.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that a case has been registered in Cr.No.137 of 2018 under Section 381 IPC and hence, the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
