This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.325 of 2017 before the lower Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and the case has been closed as Mistake of Fact and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri on 29.09.2018.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
