ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A2 in Crime No.608 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was remanded to judicial custody on 12.06.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 302, 294(b), 342, 302 and 120 (b) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's brother-in-law was an insane and he used to misbehave with the ladies and on 26.07.2012 at 11.00 p.m., he disappeared from the house and he was found dead on 27.07.2012.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2012 and A1 and A4 were already arrested and released on bail by the order of this court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.12963/2015 and 11577/2015 dated 15.07.2015 and 25.06.2015 respectively. He further submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is

inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
