ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's daughter-in-law viz., S.Gladish Sobana, is working as constable in Kanyakumari District and she gave a false complaint against the petitioner herein, as if, the petitioner has demanded dowry and the said complaint was closed after enquiry. He further submitted that now the petitioner's daughter-in-law by using her position inducing the second respondent to harass the petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and as such, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. He further submitted that the second respondent has not harassed the petitioner at any point of time.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
