ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed to forbear the respondents from shifting the TASMAC shop No.10892 from Marisanoor Village to any other village within the Avadaianoor Panchayat, based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, originally, TASMAC shop No.10892 was situated at Indra Nagar. Since it is the residential area and the said shop is located nearby the schools and religious institutions, the villagers of the petitioner made several complaints before the respondents. Therefore, the said shop was directed to be shifted to outside area of Marisanoor Village, for which the residents of Marisanoor Village have no objection and the shop is functioning without any disturbance from general public. In the meantime, the petitioner came to know that the respondents are taking steps to shift the TASMAC Shop to its original place, ie., Indra Nagar. Therefore, he preferred a complaint on 28.12.2023 to the

respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is constrained to move the present Writ Petition. 4.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the 1st respondent, submits that there is no such proposal as alleged by the writ petitioner.

5.In view of the aforestated submission, we feel that no useful purpose will be served in keeping this Writ Petition pending or issuing any other directions to the authority concerned. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
