Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.382 of 2017 dated 01.06.2017 and file the final report before the learned Additional Mahila (Judicial Magistrate) Court of Madurai. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.382 of 2017 at early. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 01.06.2017 in Crime No.382 of 2017 under Sections 406, 376, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, but sofar, a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
