ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondnet to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 05.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's son is studying 5th standard in Panchayat Union School, Iayanpapakudi, Thiruparankundram, Madurai District. On 05.10.2017, the proposed accused persons, who are being the principal and teachers have attacked the petitioner's son and damaged his left eye and hence, he was immediately, admitted in the Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, for treatment. With regard to the said occurrence, a complaint was lodged on 05.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent through post and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent and the same is pending for enquiry. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
