PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to extend the time limit for surrender from 24.01.2020 to 06.02.2020 as directed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17424 of 2019 on 09.01.2020 in connection with process of proclamation issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in D.No.2801 of 2019 in S.C.No.389 of 2018. Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.17424/2019 This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to quash the process issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai under Section 82 of Cr.P.C vide D.No.2801/19 dated 21.10.2019 in regard with the proclamation against this revision petitioner in S.C. No. 389 of 2018 in connection with Cr. No. 514 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.
