(Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.) This review petition is filed seeking to review the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.791 of 2019 dated 02.08.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court including the grounds raised in the review petition.
3. A careful perusal of the grounds raised in this petition seeking to review the order, would only indicate that the petitioner is seeking to reargue the matter on merits once again by raising very many contentions raised at the time of hearing the Writ Appeal, under the guise of filing a review petition. Needless to state that scope of review is different from scope of appeal. Therefore the grounds raised in this review petition do not meet the statutory requirement of maintaining a review petition. We find that this review petition is not maintainable, as no error apparent on the face of the order is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
