2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.59 of 2024 on 07.02.2024 based on the complaint of the Petitioner.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
