ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in civil dispute.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. According to the prosecution, the petitioner himself has trespassed into the defacto complainant's place. Therefore, the respondents have filed an FIR in Crime No.64 of 2025 and the petitioner arrayed as A1 in this case.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 19.02.2026 LS TO
