This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent In No.Roc.A1/1078/2019, dated 22.08.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
