ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 herein for threatening and fired against the petitioner's son based on the complaint of the petitioner's son dated 14.01.2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent represented that already son of defacto complainant had given a complaint before the very same respondent and the same was closed on 10.11.2019. Thereafter this petitioner gave a representation to consider the earlier application given by his son. Since already the earlier application was considered and closed by the respondent police no further order is required to be passed in this petition by this Court. He also produced the copy of the closure report and the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. A perusal of the copy of the representation reveals the fact that already complaint of the son of the petitioner was closed, thereby no further order is required to be passed in this petition. 2/4
4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed No costs.
