This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 6 to forthwith furnish the petitioner with the Neuro Surgery Head Claim Approval copy under the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme, along with all medical records 2/6

relating to the neuro surgery undergone by the petitioner at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, in the year 2013, pertaining to Authorization No.2EH-192751067416 as reflected in the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme web portal, where the claim was processed through United India Insurance Company, and consequently to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.11.2025, 09.12.2025 and 22.12.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner underwent neuro surgery under the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme. When the petitioner approached the Neuro Surgery Department of Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, to obtain copies of his medical records, the Department refused to furnish the same. Hence, the petitioner submitted representations dated 20.11.2025, 09.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 to the respondents seeking the said medical records. However, the said representations have not been considered till date. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner's representations would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.11.2025, 09.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
