ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of Elayangudi Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioners are implicated with false allegations and prayed the FIR to be quashed.

3.On the side of the respondents it is stated that investigation over and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file as CC.No.61 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Elayankudi and was posted on 16.01.2021 for enquiry.

4.In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, there is no merit in the petition. Hence, the Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2121 of 2021 Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P (MD).No.1035 of 2021 is also dismissed.
